OSPREY is sharing significant organizational milestones, current priorities, and substantive updates as the foundation for a responsible pilot takes shape. Each update should make clear what changed, why it matters, what remains unfinished, and what comes next.

Public communications
The website introduces OSPREY’s current stage, the continuity problem it is designed to examine, the emerging model, current build priorities, and established external resources for people who need support now. The website will continue to evolve as language is approved, research advances, and the operating model is validated.
Organization
OSPREY established a cumulative source of truth, decision log, approved-language library, open-questions tracker, document register, and asset portfolio so future work can build from current evidence without overwriting history or allowing competing versions to drift.
Program design
Founder decisions narrowed the initial planning case so workforce, safeguarding, partnership, economics, data, and operating questions can be tested against a concrete scenario. No partner, geography, or launch date is being announced publicly.

Orient, Map, Connect, Follow Through, and Transition became the working sequence for the family navigation and coordination model OSPREY is developing.
Organization
OSPREY Protects is recognized as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified as a public charity under section 509(a)(2).
